Backstory

A foundling,half of a set of twins found in Ala Ghiri. Adopted into the J tribe along with their twin brother where they learned the roles set were not for them. Once called a tomboy by others in the tribe for being so much like their brother,now blossoming into their own person whoever that might be.Escaped Gyr Abania to the safety of Gridania with their twin where they both had to adjust to providing for themselves. J'phel took this chance to slowly transition to who they felt like they truly were by dropping their father name's for “Tia” and first name to Phel.Now a seasoned seamster,they have started a new adventure of starting their own business after years of honing skills as a tailor. Their helpful nature shines in every stitch and wishes for a bright future.

Present-Day

Known mostly in the La Noscea and Thavnir regions as a well established tailor,crafter,and adorable Miqote(much to their disagreement). Phel has worked their way to earning a living doing the things they love,fashion. Opening a small shop wherever they can and made a small list of clients who just adore their clothing and company.Phel has a bit of a mini sarcasm and cheeky flair nowadays when they speak to strangers or people who pointed out the obvious but means well if your nice to them. They are a sucker for breads and baked sweets but the biggest thing that gets them is compliments. Feel free to start up a convo with this kitty by saying what a lovely outfit they have or maybe they will say yours is nice to break the ice.

J'lun Tia ~ Phel's Twin Brother

Amateur Arcanist and Botanist

Phel's twin brother and best friend. A mute but kind man. He says very little but is very much Phel's support beam. Took up becoming a botanist to aid in getting his sibling business running. He knows Phel greatly as they have gone through it all together. Nowadays he is studying at the Arcanist’s guild while still helping and supporting Phel despite living more in the city. Cherie the Ruby carbuncle usually seen with Phel belongs to Lun who sends her often to check up on them.Lun was the one who ran into Jestal who was curious that he looked familiar. He caught his father up on things with him and Phel as much as possible.

Limsan Fishermen

Father of the twins. He was cast out of the tribe some years after the twins birth for disobeying the Nuhn’s rules with children. Often trusted a friend to give toys and bits of gil to the twins as he still tried to live nearby to see them from a distance. Got into trouble with a garleans patrol and had to flee to gridania where he no longer had contact to check on his twins. About two decades later he happens to run into Lun and try to start rebonding with his children but has met resistance with Phel for reasons he deeply wishes he could fix but a slow bond is all right now.Has a rocky relationship with Phel but it's a work in progress to being better. Proudly wears his one of a kind fishermen jacket made by Phel he bought to show support for them the first chance he got.

RP Hooks

Miqote that is part of the J tribe are likely to know or recall Phel before they left the area. Phel considers others from the tribe as friends or acquaintances mostly however any talk of returning home though Phel will not like coming from any of them.Spent two years learning dance & textiles making in Radz-at-Han becoming a amateur Hannish dancer but only to study the culture. Phel has official certificates to import,make and sell textiles/clothing from Thavnir.Opened a small boutique in Limsa where most of the clientele are pirates,nobles,and anyone who prefer fancier wear. Phel also is one of many weavers assisting the maelstorm with uniform making.Phel's clothing usually is showcased in vibrant colors and combos due to an eye condition but of course they are open to custom orders so the colors can be anything and has help with making things to client’s orders.Given Phel's time spent around a land ruled by garleans they have a bit of aversion towards physical violence,it brings back unpleasant memories so they tend to avoid it if possible but that doesn't mean they won't interact with people who have to like adventurers,pirates,etc.Has a side that seeks attention or just a sense of belonging with people but has a wall of sarcasm when others try to get close non-business wise in hopes it deters but Phel does hope someone notices this. Is completely willing to open up more when discussions of fashion,dance,or bread happen.

I think this section suppose to be about me a bit right?I am weirdly a 10+yr novice into rp. I've always been in fandoms where people do it but rarely done it fully, just small one shot things. I'm a lover of making ocs with nearly 250+ ocs around a few fandoms.I very much appreciate friendship and romance themed rps. Bonds with others is what I've dreamed of doing since forever as in real life I'm no good at having these. Willing to venture into some combat to so long as it goes with either of the other things.I'd prefer mature settings and by that I mean I'm okay with places or people who are not filtered they can express everything as they want or dial it back if want to I'm up for it. Anything towards my characters with consent,Always. I am a adult over 30 that is fine with most things just ask.Kinda a slow replyer or bad at writing alot of text in a short time but I do my best to get it done within days.As I am trans to non-binary person most times my ocs could be and I fully understand if do not wish to interact with that oc as unsure how to. Ask all the questions if wondering as I'm happy to answer,it usually fine but I want all to feel comfy is all. I have ocs who are not this way if that helps as well.
